Caloocan rolls out ‘Mobile Botika, Libreng Gamot’

CALOOCAN CITY, April 14 (PIA) — Caloocan City Government has recently rolled out its “Mobile Botika Libreng Gamot” for its residents.
Visiting various barangays across the city, these mobile drug stores are open to dispense vitamins and medicines from 9am to 3pm.
“This is to ensure that Caloocan residents are aided not only on relief of food but also through medicines and vitamins that will help them on this crisis brought about by COVID-19,” Mayor Oca Malapitan said.
“This will also lessen those persons going out to pharmacies just to buy medicines or vitamins for their family,” Mayor Oca added.
For its initial offering, the mobile botika would be visiting Barangays 163, 162, 35, 70, 176, 168, and 169.
Meanwhile, for safety and well being of its residents the local government reminded everyone to practice social distancing and requiring them to wear face mask during the activity. (PIA NCR)
