The Dumaguete City Mayor’s Office received 28 boxes of additional KN95 and N95 face masks and antiseptic spray cans to be used for sanitation operations.

Assistant City Administrator Dr. Dinno Depositario also accepted a special package of SDS Blocker IDs for the mayor and his team from Commissioner Ramon Fernandez his wife, Karla Kintanar-Fernandez, both of whom arranged for the C-130 flight as well as the two previous shipments of medical supplies for the city.

In a separate occasion, Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo also received more than 1,000 bottles of ethyl alcohol from LT Group Inc. through its Tanduay Dumaguete Branch.

The alcohol will be used by the frontliners in the fight against COVID-19 infection.

The bottles of alcohol have been distributed to the various checkpoints in the city and will augment the supply of the City Health Office.

Meanwhile, UNILAB Depot office in Dumaguete City also turned over several boxes of medical supplies and drugs to the mayor which will be used by the frontliners who are working industriously to prevent the transmission of the dreaded virus.

The donated items include multivitamins, face masks, and other medicines.

Remollo expressed his gratitude to the officers of Armed Forces of the Philippines, top officials of LT Group Incorporated, and UNILAB who worked together to ensure that the cargoes are airlifted to the city without any delays and generous donations.
