MHO Mansalay launches ‘Dok-To-Door’ program

MANSALAY, Oriental Mindoro, Apr. 23 (PIA) — The Municipal Health Office (MHO) of this town recently launched its ‘Dok-To-Door’ program, which aims to address health needs of people in the barangay as Enhanced Community Quarantine is currently implemented.
Doctors, along with the Regional Health Unit (RHU) staff will conduct house-to-house visits to extend services of the health center.
The program provides services that include vaccination and consultation on family planning, nutrition as well as hypertension and other health related problems.
Mayor Ferdinand Maliwanag said this is one of the preventive solutions against the threat of COVID-19 pandemic in the communities. (LTC/PIA-OrMin)
