Stranded tourists in NCR advised to coordinate with DOT
PASIG CITY, April 11 (PIA) – The Department of Tourism-National Capital Region (DOT-NCR) advises all stranded tourists in Metro Manila affected by the enhanced community quarantine due to COVID-19 to coordinate with their office.
Affected tourists may reach the DOT-NCR through a text message via Globe at 0956 507 0829 or via Smart at 0961 554 5888.
They may also download the My Metro Manila App via Google Play store and chat real-time with a representative or visit DOT-NCR’s official Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/TourismMNL/ , or send an email at dotncr@tourism.gov.ph.
DOT-NCR also advises affected tourists to provide the following information: Family name, first name, nationality, current location, and concern.
The DOT Airport Office is also open located at the 4/F Terminal 1 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). (DOT NCR/PIA-NCR)
