OSCAR includes one month of free load and subscription to movie portals benefitting all 68,000 senior citizens residing in the city.

It also includes Telemedecine, a mechanism enabling people to seek medical consultation via phone or Web. Soon, OSCAR will also include online lifestyle guides.

The Taguig Online Portal (TOP) component on the other hand, includes information and services such as online self-assessment testing, web-based channel TaguigTV and I Love Taguig Facebook page, website Taguig Information Portal and Telemedicine.

The fifth component of TORCH is Open for Business Taguig (OFB Taguig). This program will benefit business owners by helping them transition via webinars that will teach them how to do business, the new normal way. (Taguig PIO/PIA-NCR)
